Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Not show signs of misuse, installation damage, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by financial institution but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or neglect

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

For returns due to buyer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting the product), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide an alternative resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
